The 2.92mm connector is a 50 Ohm design that is capable of operating to 40 GHz and is available in end launch, vertical launch, field-replaceable, and extended-pin configurations. The 2.92mm connector installations options are available in 2-Hole, 4-Hole, thread-in, end launch and vertical launch mounting flanges.
All 2.92mm connectors are available in Male (Plug) and Female (Jack) gender options. The field replaceable versions are available with .009, .012, .015, .020 or .036 inch hermetic-pin interfaces. End-launch connectors can be used with Microstrip and Grounded Coplanar Waveguide (GCPWG) circuit boards (PCB) at various thicknesses, and evaluation test boards are available for purchase up to 110 GHz.
