gotMIC Part Number:  gBL0016

gotMIC's gBL0016 is a high power W-Band GaAs pHEMT fully packaged amplifier covering 85 GHz to 100 GHz and optimized for 92 GHz to 96 GHz. The gBL0016 utilizes the gAPZ0095A bare DIE GaAs pHEMT four-stage power amplifier MMIC optimized for 92-96 GHz from gotMIC. It is ideal for high power W-band radar applications and long-range spectral efficient point-to-point communication. A dxf file is available on request for use with CAD tools. This amplifier has a WR-10 Waveguide input and output port and measures only 51 x 38 x 42 millimeters. Each Amplifier modulke is supplied with the necessary connection cables and are color coded for ease of use. The cables are 22 AWG, 0.5 M in length. The W Band Amplifier includes Detector and Temperature outputs for performance monitoring.
