Waveguide Active Components

We are happy to introduce our new Waveguide Active Components by HASCO. HASCO offers a selection of Mixers, Multipliers, and Amplifiers. The microwave and millimeter-wave Mixers and Frequency Multipliers in packaged and MMIC designs. Our line of Amplifiers are high performance LNA and power amplifier designs with extremely low noise and broadband performance in Coaxial, Waveguide and MMIC Amplifiers options. These Active Components cover the waveguide sizes WR-10, WR-12, and WR-15. We have additional waveguide sizes coming soon to include WR-19, WR-22, and WR-28!

Mixer Features:

• Designed using the best performance GaAs Schottky beam-lead diodes
• Excellent low conversion loss and great port to port Isolation
• Can be used as Up-Converters and Down-Converters

Multiplier Features:

• Can be used as a Frequency Extender
• Useful in test labs or in a system
• Can be used as Up-Converters and Down-Converters

Amplifier Features:

• Internal reverse bias protection ensures reliability
• Used for transmitters, receivers, Up/Down-Converters, and general lab use.
