Route closer. Reduce adapters. Keep RF performance in focus.
LittleBend Ultra-Flexible RF cable assemblies bend close to the connector to simplify routing in confined spaces. Where the selected assembly and bend path allow, they can replace a separate right-angle adapter and its mated interface.
HLB055/HLB055A configurations available through 110 GHz. Performance depends on connector, length, and specific assembly.

Choose the cable family that fits your frequency range, connector interface, space constraints, and required mechanical protection.
HLB098 | Ultra-flexible RF interconnects
0.098-inch cable. Published minimum bend radius: static 0.20" (5 mm) / repeated 0.40". Designed for compact routing; consult the part-specific specifications for shielding and phase/amplitude stability.
Examples: SMA to 26.5 GHz • 2.92 mm to 40 GHz • 2.4 mm to 50 GHz • 1.85 mm to 67 GHz. Also SMP, SMPM, Type N.
Non-armored 0.055-inch Little-110 cable terminated with high-performance 1.0mm connectors. Published minimum bend radius: 3mm static / 6mm repeated. Confirm the applicable bend limits for the selected assembly. Published standard lengths vary by configuration; consult the selection guide.
Mechanically protected Little-110 option for rugged installations. Published minimum bend radius: 20mm (larger than non-armored HLB055). Available with 1.0mm interfaces for applications up to 110 GHz; confirm performance for the selected assembly.
01 Frequency & interface — Operating band and connector type/gender at each end (availability varies by series).
02 Length & routing — Finished length (availability varies by series and connector), clearance, bend path, and whether armor is needed.
03 Quantity & delivery — Prototype or production quantity, target date, and any special requirements.
Review the selected part number for applicable VSWR and insertion-loss data. For engineering review, include your target limits if applicable. HASCO can match a standard configuration or quote a custom assembly.
