The HWMX22-SFQ is a Full Q-Band Balanced Mixer. This mixer is designed using the best performance GaAs Schottky beam-lead diodes. These mixers offer excellent low conversion loss and great port to port Isolation. The LO Power required to drive this mixer only needs 13 dBm LO power. The IF operates from 0.1 to 18 GHz.
