The Product Line

FPP Fixed-Pitch Probe Series

Four frequency families, multiple pin pitches, multiple pin lengths available. Every probe uses a true 100 Ohm differential design with no ground pins and pins perpendicular to the probe body for accurate, repeatable contact.

50 Ohm through lines, a 25 Ohm Beatty section for TDR verification, and 100 Ohm differential lines — including connector-to-probe lines for evaluating each probe. Built on 8-mil Rogers RO4003 with ENIG finish and Signal Microwave edge-launch connectors, with magnetic feet for secure bench positioning.

LRL & LRM Calibration Boards

A hardware alternative to software de-embedding: a 40 GHz LRM board with probe test pads sets the reference plane at the probe tips, and a 70 GHz LRL board with 3″ traces supports training on advanced VNA calibration techniques.
